Committees

General Assemblies

In General Assemblies (GAs), delegates represent countries and work with others to develop long-form policies through draft resolutions. Throughout these simulations, delegates are challenged with balancing public speaking, writing, and informal caucusing to advance the country’s viewpoints. With 30-40 delegates in each, GAs are the largest committees that AUDS has to offer!

Crisis Committees

Crisis Committees are the most dynamic and fast-paced committees that AUDS has to offer, with approximately 15-20 delegates each. Rather than representing a country, delegates will walk a mile in the shoes of high-ranking government officials, business executives, and more—all with the ability to influence their simulations and mold it to their personal agendas. With integrated backrooms, this year’s slate of crisis committees is set to engage delegates with innovative and unique simulations.
