AMIRS CONSTITUTION
During the academic year, two society-wide amendment processes will be held to amend the AMIRS Constitution. The first will be held around November, the second will be held around April. Both times will take into consideration the exam period in order to ensure the maximum number of participants can attend.

ACCOMODATIONS FORM
Use this form to outline accommodations you may need for any of the AMIRS branches for disability accommodations (as outlined by the University) or for personal safety and instances of Discrimination or Non-Title IX Sexual Misconduct.
We do not need context or detailed reasoning for an accommodation. Only share as much as you feel comfortable.
SAFE RIDE HOME REIMBURSEMENT FORM
The AMIRS Safe Ride Home program is intended to help AMIRS members quickly leave an AMIRS-sanctioned function—whether on or off-campus—in the event of a threat to personal safety. The Program will aim to alleviate financial barriers by reimbursing students for the cost of the Uber or Lyft ride home.
