AUMUN Wins Best Large Delegation at NCSC

From October 28th to 31st, thirty-six delegates representing the American University Model United Nations Team (AUMUN) attended the National Collegiate Security Conference (NCSC). Hosted by Georgetown University, NCSC is one of the largest in-person conferences in the Model UN circuit.

The conference provided delegates with a wide array of modern, realistic, and security-focused committees—ranging from the United Nations Special Session on Small Island Developing States and the National Assembly of Tanzania, to the Aramco Board of Directors and Samoan Mau Movement. In one of the most competitive conferences of the fall semester, AUMUN's competing delegates excelled in their respective committees and won more individual awards than any other delegation in attendance, ultimately receiving the distinction of "Best Large Delegation" for their collective success!
